Mr. G.R. Kshirsagar
Founder
G.R. Kshirsagar is a founder member of Arya electronics & has brought over 50 years of experience in product development. He has a proven track record of building and nurturing in house technology teams and growing business profitability. He has managed complex product development projects in diesel Engines, Applications, Locomotives, etc.
Before starting Arya Electronics, he worked as Head sourcing at MNC company for 30 years and played an instrumental role in inception to the growth of product engineering services.
He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the College of Engineering, Pune.

Mrs. Manjiri S. Puntambekar

Manjiri is a founder member of Arya Electronics having 27+ years of experience and has led its growth and development ever since. She is an Engineer by background with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pune. Manjiri has started her carrier as a team member in developing a mechanical tap-changer in electronics tap-changer in her formative years learning about high-performance engineering and developing a very reliable electronic product. A unique blend of hands-on practical skills with high-level electronic expertise. With this, she has developed her knowledge and skills in turnkey and embedded product designing. With a mission of manufacturing the developed product in the house, she has earned good hands-on manufacturing processes in the electronics industry
Manjiri has a vast experience in running the business and has strong technical knowledge with specialization in embedded controllers designing.

Director
Girija is a founder member of Arya Electronics having 27+ years of experience. She is an Engineer by background with a degree in Engineering from the University of Pune. Girija has started her carrier in Designing of various Testing equipment’s.
Girija has a good experience of Vendor development and leads a Purchase and Accounts team in Arya Electronics. She is responsible for designing and implementing Systems and processes for Timely efficient product delivery mechanism. Her Excellent financial management skills reflects in Arya Electronics year on year profitable operations with good credit rating. He is also responsible for the quality initiatives and ISO Certifications for Arya Electronics.
Girija is instrumental in setting up the team for business development to excelling in client management and business operations.
